FAQs

SHIPPING

As per the new USMCA/T-MEC/CUSMA Agreement between the US, Canada, and Mexico:

Canada – Orders less than $150 CAD are no longer subject to duties, please check the current exchange rate at time of purchase. Taxes will still apply.

Mexico – Orders less than $117 USD are not subject to duties, taxes will still apply.

Customs and/or duties will be collected for orders shipping to all other international destinations by the local governing agency. The shipping courier may also collect these charges on behalf of the government. Please check with the border agency of the country you are shipping to if you are unsure of the regulations. These funds are not paid to or collected by Roots of Fight and as such are non-refundable.

If you feel you were overcharged please reach out directly to your local border agency for instructions on how to dispute the charges.

Shipping times do not include processing times and start when the shipping courier has received the package. Orders will not be processed until we have received credit card verification and authorization.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped at a flat rate with an average shipping time of 10-30 business days (not including order processing times, weekends or holidays). Shipping and handling does not include import duties into the country of destination. All import duties, taxes, and processing fees are the responsibility of the purchasers.

Free Shipping (Standard)

PLEASE NOTE: USPS tracking does not update live and as a result does not necessarily reflect the most up to date status of your shipment.

We cannot guarantee shipping times, average shipping times for the mainland USA are 7-14 business days (not including order processing times, weekends or holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 10am PST, weekends, or holidays will not be shipped until the next business day.

Military Addresses (FPO / APO)

Shipments to military addresses are shipped via USPS and the Military Postal Service and can take up to 8 to 10 business weeks for delivery (not including weekends and holidays).

Post Office Boxes

Shipments to P.O. boxes must be delivered by USPS and usually take approximately 7 to 10 business days.

We have a shipping calculator on our webpage that will give you an estimate before you check out. Our shipping and handling is a flat rate, please see rates below.

US Destinations
Free Standard Shipping - 7 to 10 business days

Canada - 5 to 10 business days - $5

All other countries - 5 to 10 business days - $15

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to track your shipment.

Yes! Please choose free standard shipping for P.O. boxes and rural addresses, as we cannot guarantee expedited delivery times to these locations.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Store Credit or Exchange - Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund - Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size in the SAME STYLE only or store credit. Items in our Last Chance collection are final sale and are not returnable.

Roots of Fight will not accept returns or exchanges if:

• The item has been worn or washed.
• The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odours.
• The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes.
• There are alterations or modifications of any kind.
• Tags are removed, altered or damaged.

This will be verified by our distribution center before a return can be processed. A restocking fee may apply if the product is not in new condition. 

Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping and duty charges.   

NOTE: Our distribution center cannot process any return that does not have a return authorization number.

Please email info@rootsoffight.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In the email, include your Client Reference Number from your order confirmation email or the packing list, and list the item(s) you are returning, the styles and sizes you are exchanging for, or let us know if you would like to receive a store credit.

A restocking fee may apply for any return if the product is not in new condition (such as deodorant stains), or the item is missing the product tag. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, or refuse a refund or exchange for any item that does not meet the requirements stated in our Return/Exchange Policy.

No, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on exchange orders.

PRE-SALE / PRE-ORDER

Pre-sale or pre-order items are item(s) that haven't been released yet or are out of stock. All orders made as a pre-sale/pre-order will ship once that item comes back in stock or upon product release.

If you purchased other items and would like those items shipped before the pre-sale / pre-order item(s) is in stock, an additional shipping charge will apply. If you would like to receive separate packages, please email our customer service team: info@rootsoffight.com

If you would like to exchange a pre-sale / pre-order item, we would be happy to accommodate an exchange provided we have the inventory. Please email our customer service team:info@rootsoffight.com

INVENTORY QUESTIONS

If we are out of stock in your size you can sign up for a Back in Stock notification on the page of the product you are looking for. Select the size you are interested in and input your email to be notified once the style is restocked.

To find out about product restocks, special capsule releases and exclusive promotions please sign up for updates by entering your email in the newsletter section of our Footer. You can also follow us on TwitterInstagram and Facebook @Rootsoffight.

We work hard to show only garments that are currently available and to keep our stock up to date. However, it may happen that we run out of stock of items when the order is placed. If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable for shipment, we may have to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will send a backorder or out of stock notification email as soon as possible.

OTHER

Please ensure that all of your order information is correct at the time of purchase.  We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed. 

If you change your mind, please send us a cancellation request at info@rootsoffight.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request and let you know if we can process your cancellation. Unfortunately orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

We do not offer price adjustments or rain checks.

PAYMENTS

You can pay using Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal.

We are an international company and your bank (or credit card company) may charge a foreign transaction fee. This charge is not from us. Please contact your credit card provider for more information.

Shopify is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and it's service providers.

At Roots of Fight we are committed to our customers’ online security. We have systems in place that ensure your information is validated and secure. If we receive a flagged message about your order we will reach out to confirm you placed the order and it is okay to process.
